Hello ,

Currentely am in UK on HSMP ... Prior to that I am on WP for arround 18 months . I want bring my wife to uk as dependent ... I worked continuosuly on WP till Sep07 ..but then there is gap for me arround 3 month's ( oct/nov/dev) again started working from Jan on HSMP visa ... I red few of topic's in this forum but not clear on few documents ...Can experts suggest the complete documentation . I got below info from one of my friend ....
1/ last three months payslips
2/ last three months bank stmts
3/ Utility bill (telephone )
4/ Appointment letter
5/ marriage certificate /marriage photos and marriage cards.
6/ Sponsor letter

my doubts are

1/ is it required to submit 6 months payslips or 3 months r enough.
2/ is it required to submit house agreement letter if yes shared accomidation is OK
3/ do i need to show any funds in india with my wife name
4/ please let me know any other documents required .
Appreciate ur help

solid bank ablance -must

depost for residence and this should confirm by depost authority (a new security measure)

If you are renting a separate house/flat, rental agreement or if you are residing in a shared accdmn, rental agreement and a letter from landlord if possible mentioning rent, period of stay, rooms & amenities. FYI, I was in shared accdmn when I brought my dependant.

Last 6 months would be better. Get it clarified by contacting VFS or nearby British consulate.
