As I am preparing for FLR(M) application for my wife, I need help with list of supporting documents. I have following so far,
-FLR (M) application
-NHS surcharge receipt (not yet)
-2 passport sized wife photos and one of me
-Both of our passports
-UKNARIC Certificate for her English proficiency
-Marriage certificate
- 6 months’ salary slips from September 2017 to February 2018.
- Corresponding 6 month bank statements
-Letter from my employer confirming my job and salary
-Tenancy agreement
Now to prove cohabitation, I have following documents. They cover period from February 2016 to March 2018. Here is how I am trying to distribute in last 2 years. Unfotunately, its a bit of mix like separate & joint documents.
2016
Me:
- Water Bill (27-February-2016) (Cover Period - February - April)
- Virgin Broadband Bill (June - 2016) (Cover Period - May - July)
- Joint Water Bill (Sept 2016) (Cover Period - August - October)
- Santander bank Statement (Cover Period - November - December)
Wife:
- Birmingham Hospital (10-March-2016) (Cover Period - February - April)
- Golden Hill Medical Center (29-06-2016) (Cover Period - May - July)
- Halifax (Sep 2016) (Cover Period - August - October)
- Joint Santander statement as in wife list (Cover Period - November - December)
2017
Me:
- Midland Eye (March 2017) (Cover Period - January - March)
- O2 Bill (May 2017) (Cover Period - April - June)
- Npower Bill (August 2017) (Cover Period - July - September)
- TV License (Oct 2017) (Cover Period - October - December)
Wife:
- NHS Letter (05-Jan-2017) (Cover Period - January - March)
- Dentist (June 2017) (Cover Period - April - June)
- Virgin Mobile Bill (Sept 2017) (Cover Period - July - September)
- National Insurance (Dec 2017) (Cover Period - October - December)
2018
Me:
- Plusnet Mobile Bill (January 2018) (Cover Period - January - March)
Wife:
- Virgin Mobile Bill (January 2018) (Cover Period - January - March)
I also have joint council tax bill for period April 2016 to March 2017. But I dont know where should I put this in my above list.
Also some people said I need 6 different sources to show cohabitation in last 2 years. If yes, then what should I do as I clearly dont have 6 different sources for wife
I will appreciate, if any one help me and let me know that above documents are enough to support my wife FLR(M) application or i need more?
