hello everybody
i am a girl from england i need do get married with a moroccan man and i am 18 years, i heard its better to get married in his country to help him got visa to come england then got married here or its better to apply a fiance visa for him to come here, and is it true that they will rise the age into 22 years if u want to get married in the new immigration rules ?

U need to have met to get any visa here.

And u need to be able to support him, can you? No parental support allowed, only u.

Do you have any way of supporting him? Are you in employment, do you have money/savings, or are you a full-time student with loans? Where do you propose to live? How old is he and is he in an employable state? Does he speak English?

i am workin now for about 800Â£ per week and have some money for savin and he is 23 years he still studin and i really want him to come her and live with me here in england cuz i cant live in morocco
ithought to sponsor him like a visitor i heard it will not work only fiancee or spouse visa that can help him to come here
i really need some infos about that

Â£800 a week? That's about Â£52,000 pa! Not bad for an 18 year old with a somewhat basic command of English, not wishing to be rude in case I get banned....

I think you better be prepared for a lot of this, my gf is Russian and I get it a lot, plus she's a lot younger than me:

1. Is she after a British Passport?

2. Is this your daughter? (only once - I do look pretty young!)

3. She'll be off when she gets her visa

U need a broad back to take it - I don't care a jot but I've seen it break others.

it is very hard to get visa

Well, your fiance would not be able to work on a fiance visa, so if he is wanting to work right away, you should marry elsewhere and apply for a spousal visa.

You really need to have a careful read through other threads on this forum and on the UKVisas site, and make sure the application is very solid.

I'd also suggest submitting a DETAILED budget on how you plan to support the two of you on your wages without recourse to public funds. Third party support (from parents etc) is no longer allowed, so it is up to you to prove that you are financially able to do so. If any aspect of the application doesn't meet the criteria, they can deny the visa, and that would be Â£500 down the loo.

I know you say you just want him here with you right away, but immigration takes a LOT of patience, and planning. It's not going to happen with the snap of the fingers. If you rush through it without doing the research, you could end up not getting the result you want.

Spouse visa is best, he can work on that - can't on fiance visa.

You need to prove everything, earnings, whether u can afford to live without benefits, whether ur accommodation is suitable.

It's only fair to point out that Morocco is one of the more difficult places to get visas from so you need to have a cast-iron case.
