Tier 1 Application(Pro Rata earnings)

Hi,

I am working in UK on Work Permit for past 7 months. There was a clause for Pro Rata Earnings calculation in HSMP guidelines wherein I can convert the 7 months earnings to 12 months equivalent. However, I couldnt see this clause in the Tier 1 rules/guidelines. Can someone tell me whether this principle is still applicable?
