When an overstayer returns to its native land (India) and if they are allowed to return to the UK after the 1st of October 2008, when they re apply under entry clearance and are successful in returning to the UK under a new spouse visa, are they up against the new entry point system that was put into place at the end of Feb and how will it affect them.
