Tier 1E Extension Approved after Eleven and half months

Hi All
this is my first post. i remained silent member of this forum and was greatly benefited from respected and senior members advice/contribution to this forum. I would also like to thank all those members and moderators who have actively and sincerely helped all of us. your efforts are much appreciated.

I have received my Approval letter along with all docs and passport on 28/02/2018.

Timeline As follows:
Applied 13 march 2017
bio done a month later
received complex letter
interview at office 27 oct 2017
IHS Refund 14 feb 2018
Docs n Approval on 28/02/18.
waiting for BRP

All three years business was in profit.
IT consultancy firm
Submitted all documents required and followed policy guidance.

No contracts were submitted
No invoices were submitted

But they were shown at interview stage.

there were few other people who received approval after 10 to 15 days of IHS refund.

Hope All of you who are waiting get good news soon.

congratulations on ur success . and how was ur interview .. how big is ur office and how was ur interview ( did u have employees thr at the time of interview) .. did they ask u for additional documents after interview.. if you can please share some points that will be great ... congratualtions again on ur approval have a good snowy day, take care of ur self.

yes after that on 9th feb i got an interview call ... and i was being interviewed at my office on 15th feb... it went well but m super scared of these refusals on balance of probability.
oh dear ... i hope all goes well with all of us.. as now ukvi has nuthing to reject jus on balance of probabilities on very silly reasons... i hope we get through as we have been interviewed and they can do anything to us. no matter how real our businesses are.. this is completely rubbish refusing on these stupid reasons...they dont have any criteria left .... tbh i am sure it depends on their mood. they are giving visa to some who have virtual offices and some they are rejecting.. and on other hand they are giving visa to ppl who have office at home and den rejecting someone on small office space even they have proper office .. so how ur balancing it out?, completely abnormal..???? please pray for all us .. inshallah all goes welll ....

after that we haven’t heard anything
Requested for interview notes but didn’t get any reply

yes its luck .. depends very much on tht .. how did ur interview go and i think u should be getting ans soon as october and sptember are getting results now. . good luck inshallah all will be good..

Interview was good. the interviewer was super cool old fella. very polite and understanding. He asked all those questions that are posted on this forum. did not ask for additional docs. they also ask some specific questions about your application which are given to them by the case worker. he took some advertising material which i gladly provided. One of my employees was in the office at the time of interview. its upto you whether you want to be interviewed in front of you employees or not. my office is medium sized. actually i changed my office few months after submitting my visa application. so office space and place doesnot matter its all about genuineness and submitting right docs which are being asked for.
hope you get your visa soon.
try sending them email that might work. but its all upto your case worker however long he/she wants to take to decide on application.
my letter says Temporary Migration team 12. so i think they have hired more staff to quickly process all pending applications.
