FLR(M) and working

Post by cricket11 » Wed Mar 26, 2008 11:34 pm

Hi

My fiancee is shortly coming to the UK on a 'Fiancee visa', and once we are married we will apply for FLR(M) (yet more expense :( )

My question is: once the FLR(M) has been approved, will there be any barrier to her working here? i.e Does she need to apply for a separate work permit?

What do employers usually ask to see to satisfy themselves that she will be eligible to work here?

Thanks
