Payslip required to obtain employer's signature?

But, I just read the document at

110. For the purposes of paragraph 245F of the Immigration
Rules, the documents specified are as follows:
1. Payslips
These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. If payslips are on un-headed paper or the applicant only receives online pay slips, they will be required to obtain their employer's signature and stamp on a printout to authenticate the evidence. Where provided, payslips must cover the whole period claimed (i.e. if payslips are generated monthly, each monthly payslip for the period claimed must be provided).

Just curious here what is un-headed paper? Do I need to have my employer to signature and stamp on a printout to authenticate the evidence? In fact, I don't want to let my employer to know that.

Any idea any sealed payslips (Example [http://www.manageyourpayroll.co.uk/imag ... _large.jpg), consider as un-headed paper which required to obtain their employer's signature and stamp?

If you can get stamp and signature of your employer easily then you get it. Other wise it looks from for me. Are you submitting P60?

I am in the same boat as u...i don't want to ask my employer for the sign and stamping on the formal payslips...and ur right the pay slips format are generic across organizations in the UK...still do we need to get them signed and stamped...need this info badly....thanks
