ILR - Previous employer not able to provide lleave record

ILR - Previous employer not able to provide lleave record

Hi IB.
I worked for one employer for three years and two for rest of the 5. I am applying for ILR and previous employer's HR has said that they don't have records. I only have 139 leaves in all 5 years combined. I have prepared excel sheet with all leaves of absence- country and purpose.
Should I be worried about it? Please advise my appointment is on 24th March.
