Biometric Enrolment

Good morning house, I am a new user and have been reading people success stories about their flr fp applications.
I want to ask a question about biometric enrolment. My partner and his kids applied for leave to remain in tge uk after the acknowledgement letter my partner got his biometric enrolment letter and his kids the letter has not arrived yet is it something to be worried about... pls I need a response. Thank you
N.b his kids are ages btw 14 and 12
