Tax free childcare

Hi,

Are tier 2 visa holders with no recourse to public funds eligible for tax-free childcare?

I am aware that we are eligible for only 15 not 30h of free early years education and the childcare voucher system is also expiring soon. But the tax free childcare seems extremely promising with£500 poor child per 3v months.

Any kind of state benefit is not allowed while you are on Tier2 visa.
