Later this year my 4 year Ancestry Visa expires, what documents do I need to submit to extend it, I looked at the settlement Visa is that the correct one?

Another ancestry visa I think - isn't it five years for ILR on that too?

You need to apply for an extension to your ancestry visa...you can only obtain ILR after five years. I think you use the FLR form.
