Premium Dependent ILR application timelines

Hi All,
I got my ILR application approved last year on 5-year route, my previous visa was Tier-1 general.

My wife and 2 of my kids went to ILR to Croydon PEO on 06 Mar 2018. We have enclosed English language assessment letter(ELA) from NARIC as part of for my wife application, but after verification the case worker has told us that she additional need comparability certificate from U.K. Naric for my wife's bachelor degree. So we returned back without any decision on the ILR application.

We mailed the original comparability letter to Croydon PEO on 9th Mar 2018. Can you please advice usually how long will it take to get final decision, as due to some emergency we need to travel to India in 2 weeks time.
They also said during the interview that rest of all documents are fine..

Also do you have any email id or phone contacts of Croydon PEO which I can use in this regard..

It could take a few weeks. You will also not be able to travel without the BRP card, which once ILR is approved, takes 5-10 days to be delivered.
