Help - What forms do I need? [Canada to UK]

Hi,

I have done so much reading this past 2 days that I'm now confused as to which form I need to complete. I have relocated back to the UK (I hold UK passport) and now I wish to call my wife from Canada.

Can someone point me to the official forms I need to submit with my wife's application? Thank you.

Thank you very much Vinny! I kept reading more and more and wondered into sections that I shouldn't have been. I do appreciate it, I have about 3 weeks to get all my documents in order.
