Refund for Cancellation

I applied for UK visa - immediately after applying, I realized that I accidentally entered the date of birth wrong and cancelled the visa request. I received email confirmation about the canceled visa request and stated that the refund would take 28 days.

I applied again (with the correct birth date) and paid a 2nd time.
It's now been 40 days since the original cancelled visa request and I have not been issued a refund request - do you know who I can contact - via email or phone - to inquire about how this would be processed?
