Naturalisation Fees Form

I am going to apply for my naturalisation & passport through NCS, I am not sure where can I provide my card details so they can take off the application fees.

Is any special form where I can provide my card details because I can't find anywhere in application form.

May I ask whether councils are still allowing JCAP with paper AN form?
Which council are you applying through?

Yes councils are still providing the service, I am using milton keynes
