If self-employment under HSMP have to be a highly skilled

I plan to be UK next month, I have a question about self-employment under HSMP visa.
If I hold HSMP visa, and want start my own business, does this business has to be a highly skilled business related to my HSMP skill or can be any kind of business which make me economically active?
If the business is not related to my HSMP skill, does it affect my futher 3 years extension?
Any body has some idea on the question is welcom. if someone has same experience and get futher 3 years extension?

Self employed under HSMP is considered to be highly skilled .
provided you can prove that your factory does any important technical work .
