Maintenance funds in 2 accounts

Post by Irfanlibra2017 » Thu Mar 22, 2018 9:33 am

Hi Mcnarth & Zimba & CR001 and all other experts. I have a question that you can best answer.
If someone file a depandant visa application for wife and kids, he must need to show maintenance funds must be held in an account for 90 days. Can he/she show 2 different accounts with funds held for 90 days.

Lets say
The requirement for dependants is total of GBP9000
Account1: GBP5000 (Held for 4 months)
Account2: GBP4000 (held for 5 months)

Both account funds are held for more then 90 days. Can we submit two account statements and maintenance certificates together.

Also these accounts are on my name. Can i use them for my wife and daughters visa application. These funds were never used before for any other application.

Thanks

Yes, you can

Thank you so much mcnarth. One more question if you can kindly answer.

Are these documents sufficient for dependant application if the main applicant just recently received tier 1 ent visa.

Covering Letter
Application form, filled and signed.
Sponsor/husband passport copy
Sponsor/husband BRP Copy
Dependant Passports
Maintenance Funds Statements
Maintenance Funds Account Certificate
IOM TB Screening for all dependants including kids aged 8 and 6
Police clearance Certificate for wife only as kids are under 18
Marriage Registration Certificate + English Translation
FRC (Family registration document from Government)
Birth Certificates of kids
Form B for family record from Government.

The below 2 are not available with me for now, can i apply without them
1. UK Residency Tenancy agreement from my side (if i don't have it, is it must?)
2. NOC Letter from landlord with no objection for family moving in.

if there is any missing document then please let me know.
thanks

It looks fine. I don't think tenancy agreements are needed. If you had applied together initially you would not have those, so I don't see why you should now.

Thanks. By the way they are applying for the first time out of UK. I have just received Tier1 very recently and just moved to uk and staying with a friend. I will rent a proper house once they arrive here. So all documents look fine in this scenario?

Only double confirming because visa feeses are very high and can't afford refusal :P

thanks

I have also applied for dependent visa for my wife.

We have only provided marriage registration certificate with application. We did not submit English translation and FRC... am I in trouble??

Can I submit these now?

How additional documents can be provided? It was online application submitted at Visa application canter in Pakistan

Th aka in advance
