Yes.1.is my wife with Flr fp visa - subject to immigration control?
Yes, it can affect her visa.2. If I apply universal credit including her in my claim - am I risking her immigration status or wont be able to extend her visa?
If she qualifies but she still cannot claim benefits and will still be subject to immigration control and no recourse to public funds.3. Is there any option to swith Flr Fp first from 10 years to 5 year route.

There is noTax Credit element of Universal Credit because the Tax Credit benefit has ended. Universal Credit has different rules, requirements and payment amounts.shan101 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 4:43 amI got ILR about 6 months ago and my 3 years old is British Citizen, my wife applied for FLR (FP) and her case is still pending. she was my PBS dependent before.
