Tier 2 R-COS Applying from India

Hi,
I am in India now and i got an Offer Letter from my employer . But they are going to apply R- COS on April 2018.They appointed uk immigration lawyer and he is applying for me next month.

I did Mechanical engineering and employer said they are filling R-COS under shortage occupancy. They did RLMT also. Now my question is how many points i will get for labour test !?
I got 24 points for salary.

If i get 20 points for labour test and 24 points for salary total is 44 points only. With this what is the percentage of chances i have to get R-COS?
