Why would anyone even consider sending three years business bank statements ? Imagine the amount of time the CW would take to go through every one of those. If your strategy is to delay your application processing for a long time (maybe to reach a 10 year time frame) this may make some sense - but otherwise I can't even think why ?

Dear Marchnath, I have made investment in 3 years so obviously I need to send all three years bank statements because some of investments has been made in april , some in june, some in September etc !
is there any other way to send only selected transactions!
Sorry but one thing I did not understand properly you said sending three years bankstatment will delay case and will take long time? how come!
Best Regards

You can send the statements for the relevant months that you invested in, rather than for every month.

You can submit the relevant page of your statement where the statement has shown.

As sm12 said, you can send the relevant months or even the relevant pages.

In general, if you send all 36 months of statements, the CW has to go through all of them. Depending on how many pages you have each month, just browsing through them will take a few hours. I would expect the CW to put it aside until they can devote that time for your application - leading to potential delays. This is my guess only - not from any first hand knowledge

Don't send 3 years bank statement.
I did same mistake and yesterday a compliance officer came to my office for interview, she asked me to open my personal account from where I transferred money to business account. She checked each and every transaction with references.
It took her more than 25 mins to only write down the 70 transactions.
Send only relevant documents.

Thanks momi,

Relevant mean? you mean only selected investement transactions , which show only investment ? in that case I have only online copies (black and white printouts) , does it work?
Best Regards

Why you need to send 3 years statement?
3 months bank statement is fine or send only the pages which have investment transactions.

Wow, they took so long to respond in his case.

Did your business have a separate office?

Unfortunate. That was possibly even the reason they did not accept the varying of the application. But he can apply for ILR (LR) now though he will be an overstayer until that is decided.
