Final questions before application

Hi all,

Please can someone help with my last few queries before my fiance applies for his settlement visa (from Philippines)?:

- How did you send your original and photocopy documents to Sheffield? Just an envelope? Are staples and paper clips allowed to separate documents? Was there a barcode category?

- Letter of Intent to Marry (Applicant and Sponsor) - what is the guideline with those? Is there a general template?

I put it in two ring binder folders. One for originals and one for copies. When both were returned, the originals were all muddled up whilst the copies appeared to be untouched.
