Urgent help

hi all ! i have applied for HSMP.My timelines are as follows-
Application received-26 feb
fees debited - 2 march
reference no.received-5 march
status-not known
But that is not all the biggest issue is I have changed my address durin these days and tried to call HO but no one is there to answer.I have faxed them my new address with my reference no. name n all and requested them to mail me if they have updated my new address,but i didnt receive any mail till now.Dont know what to do.How wud i come to know if they have approved my HSMP whether they will first inform me or else they will just send away my documents.Plz help me through this
