Accomodation for family visitor

HI All,

i am sponsoring my father to visit us(me/my wife).we are living in a 1 bedroom apartment (separtae Spam/big sitting room/double bedroom/corridor/etc).

my question is, whether this 1 bedroom apartment is acceptable by homeoffice/case worker for my father's accomodation as its more than enough for accomodating a guest and its rented property so landlord is agree with it.

please advivce
also in case no then what is the alternative solution.
