ILR eligibility- switch from tier 1 dependent to PR dependant

Post by itsmylife » Tue Apr 03, 2018 10:04 pm

Hello All,

My wife was initially granted a Tier1 dependent visa in May 2013. Following year she did switch to FLR(M)- ILR dependant and since then she is on the same visa( after having another extension)
So the question is does she needs to be 5 years on FLR(M)- ilr dependent visa or can the 5 years be part of Ter1 dependent and FLR(M) - ilr dependant? Thanks

Switching to FLR(M) reset your wife's immigration clock to zero, putting her on a new 5 year route to settlement (ILR).
