Different name on non UK Passport

Hello Everyone,

Sorry if this topic has been covered before however, I did not find any topic reflecting my exact situation.

I am about to apply for BC for my 4 year old son.My son has an Egyptian passport and his Egyptian passport has 3 names (name, surname and grandfather's name) as this is how it is there and they wouldn't do it any other way. When I applied for his birth certificate i only put name and surname.

I am a bit confused as to what should i be putting on the MN1 form as don't want any complications when I apply for the passport. Can anyone with similar experience help me out please.
