Guidance on ILR

Hi all guru's.

I am looking for advice on my case.

My Legal 10 years finishes on Sep 2018.

Came to uk - tier 4 from SEP 2008 till DEC 2011.

Switched to PSW Jan 2012- March 2014.

Applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa Dec 2013 but was refused in April 2013.
Went thru appeal which was refused on 31 Dec 2014. With 28 days applied for tier2 which was granted
Feb 2014 till March 2017.
Got curtailment letter as company license was revoked on September 2014.
Applied for tier 1 (VC route) within 60 days of curtailment letter 15-11-2014. It got refused applied for administration review which was refused too by August 2015. Within 28 days applied for FLR(O) & before getting its result varied application to dependent which was granted march 15- September 2018.

I m planning for ILR same day service. I m on dependent visa.

I wanna know does my 2 refusals have any effect on my ILR. I wasn't an over stayer as applied both time before my visa expired & applied for second application with 28 days (I think under section 3C) my stay should be valid.

Now my question is will I get ILR or would there be complexity?

It would be great if anyone can shed light on this.

before any help, can you check the date you typed are correct or not? Some are contradicted.

By the way, did you work during appeal or administrative review? You may not allowed to work and violated the condition of your visa granted. broken immigration law would make your ILR fails.

Hi All

My basic question is I have applied for second application 2 times after my first application was refused with the 28 days & 14 days as required by the law. I think under that time I am covered by section 3C if my second application is successful. Both my second application were successful.

I was told that you can only use gap between first application & second application only one & I have used it twice. I wanna confirm with you gurus. Will that effect my ILR.

I haven't broken any conditions ever. Hence didn't had any problems in any of my applications when I applied for extensions.
