My Visa approval in less than 6 month and visa application tips for all new applicants

Thanks for approving my account.

I heard a lot about this forum and also read so few posts links send to me by my lovely friends. large number of people granted visa due to the support and guidance given by the seniors members.

I just want to contribute my experience also to help the new applicant.

Currently, so many people getting refusal on balance of probabilities after interview.

I myself applied.

A-Application 15 Sep 2017
B-No Interview
C- Approval 22 March 2018
D- 50k PSW route
E. Publice limited companies
1- Integrated Visual protection & Surveillance services (81k turnover £2150 Profit)
2- Other security Services (78k Turnover £200 Profit)
3- CCTV operations & Surveillance Services ( 80k Turnover £1500 Profit)

I provides all the following documents.

1-Business invoices ( 12 Months all invoices over 25 Clients & 5 Each of every year )
2-Business Contract (All business contract of 2016 & 2017 all business)
3-Advertisement Inovices (All 3 years)
4-Marketing invoices (All 3 years)
5-Lease agreement ( from start of businesses)
6-Business Cards (Directors and all full time employees)
7- Employees passports, employee contracts, Employees screening
8-Employee payslips with evidence of payments
9-Employment rota time sheet with email evidences- check call- login & logout duties (autogenerated reports)
10-Business insurances
11-Health & safety, Fire Risk assessments
12- Fire drill reports
13-Weekly alarm test and 6 monthly safety check reports
14- All final accounts and Managements Accounts
15- Investment break up sheet by accountants
16-FPS, RTI, P60, P11, P45
17. Current appointment reports
18. Business job creation evidence & Job advertisement evidence
19. Business rate payment letter
20-Business rate of car park allocation spaces

Recommendation and advise to all new applicants.

I would recommend to all new applicants please prepare the visa according to the new fresh approach of home office. Please seniors members i would also request you to change yours way of advise also. Initially few applicant may be approved by only submitting the documents according to the policy guidance.
Currently almost everyone getting interview because most of them follow this forum and not provide the additional supporting documents to pass the genuine entrepreneur test. I am not blaming anyone here. But my heartbroken on so many my lovely friends just refused after interview are still waiting for decisions.

I suggest all new applicant to please provide all yours evidence of business with your visa file.

1- Business contract All current year (1 alt east previous years)
2- All business invoices (All current year 5 at least previous years)
3- Marketing invoices (All years)
4- Advertisement (All years)
5- Investment break up report
5- Final accounts (All years)
6- Management Accounts (All years)
7-Health & Safety reports
8-Market research outcome report
9-Lease agreement with payment evidences
10-Business rates (If applicable)

Please note above are the additional documents to pass the genuine entrepreneur test.

Those who were unable to provide these documents were highly likely to call for entrepreneur to determine the applicant is genuinely engaged in business & genuinely invested and created the genuine employments .

We were 4 persons approved without interview almost within 06 months as we supplied all the supporting information of our business at the time of visa application submission to the home office.

Many Congratulation. You should have posted this 6 months ago then i may had stopped my interview and refusal by sending supporting evidence documents.

Did you supplied bank statements of business accounts and personal accounts?

Yes I mean all bank statements of personal accounts and business accounts. These are mandatory documents. If i now how to edit i will edit few mistakes in post an add few more documents list.
I would recommend to send all your business activity documents now as ukvi is conducting interviews and asked these documents during the interview.

My investments details were also supplied and highlighted in bank statements.

I only supplied companies details on my name as directors and showed all my investments of £50k into single company in single installment in 2013. This was already invested in my initial application.

After investment into business I had spend this in 3 years.

My accountant provided all the break up of my investment and showed in my final accounts.

I had also shared ownership with other leading security and surveillance llp company but i didn't claimed point on it neither supplied any other documents but showed my certificate on ownership and my LLP shares over 250k.
