Spouse VISA Financial Requirement + Bank Statement Balance

Dear Forum Members,

Please can someone guide me on this situation

My friends son is applying for spouse visa ( he is earning £23,000 p.a attached last 6 monthly salary slips and last 6 months bank statement, letter from employer)

The last balance on his 6 months bank statement he is submitting is is £210.53 (Can this be a problem)
His mother will be paying the applicant fee using her debit card 9/ ( Can this be a problem)

I will be extremely thankful.

The ECO isn't interested in how much money is in her son's bank account or who pays the visa fee. Don't forget in addition to the visa fee, the NHS surcharge of £600 will also have to be paid when submitting the application.
