Hi Guys,

My application has now been approved.
Time Line:
applied 28/03/2017-
Biometric letter received: 27/04/2017
Biometric done: May 2017- (not sure of the date)
complex letter received: 02/06/2017
Interview done: 24/11/2017
1st call to HO- 01/02/2018
2nd call to HO- 05/02/2018- they confirmed case was escalated wait 4weeks
contacted MP- 14/02/2018- MP said to wait 4weeks
MP Letter from HO received 17/03/2018
HO said delay was because my payment was delayed.
HO wrote me on 27/03/2018- asking for more documents- gave deadline for 10/04/2018
documents sent 09/04/2018- to be received on 10/04/2018.
visa approved 11/04/2018.

Just to encourage everyone waiting to just be hopeful.

Trying to use this forum to conclude this is not really valid.

I am quite sure there are more T1E applicants than those who post in this forum. Most people who have a problem are likely to discover this forum and ask questions. So it is natural that most here have interviews, but I would still think it is a minority of the overall T1E applicants.

they wanted my bank statements since inception
evidence of my meeting with clients
evidence to prove staff visit my home
email correspondence between me and my clients
contracts
invoices
they asked if i provide my staff with laptops
they asked if i give extra stipend for transportation
contract of employment
staff address
evidence of communication with my staff
