ILR

Post by sammie9 » Sat Apr 21, 2018 12:57 pm

Hello, I was hoping for some advice, my case is as follows, I came to Uk on a spouse dependent visa (non-tier) in August 2013, following year ie 2nd june 2014 my son who was then 16 years old joined me and both our visas were valid for the same time until April 2016 we both applied for further leave to remain (he was then 18 years old) and and were granted FLR so now again both our visas are about to expire in October 2018. ( we are eligible for ILR, Now following are my questions
1. Can We both apply for ILR IN JULY 2018 ( as I complete 5 years in August but can apply 28 days earlier, however my son would have only completed 4 years by that time)
2 which form should my son fill as he is now 20 years old
3. He has been working full time during these 4 years, but lives with us and is emotionally dependent on me
4.my spouse who is my sponsor just got a CCJ against him in January 2018 which is now being paid in instalments so would this affect our ILR Applications ? Should I mention on my Application that my sponsor has a CCJ?
5. Unfortunately we have to rent a house again and need a guarantor because of the CCJ, the guarantor ‘s name is also mentioned on our tenancy agreement along with our 3 names, so will this have any adverse affect on our applications
6.what documents accompany our form set M application
7 do we need to submit su07 according to the FMSE form for ILR or was that only applicable for FLR M

Thanking you in advance

DEpendant child over 18 ILR

Post by sammie9 » Fri Sep 07, 2018 8:26 pm

Hello Team, I just wanted a clarification about child who was first given permission for entry clearance and FLR M as my dependent, now is over 18 and has only completed 4 years 3 months since he joined me later, so does he qualify for ILR As my dependent on my spouse dependant visa? , since I have completed 5 years residency. Our sponsor (husband) has ILR On work permit since 2011 ( before pbs system) so what should I do?
