Is ISLE of Man ILR valid to use in UK

Hi,

I have a question on ILR. I am working in UK since last 3 years on General Tier2. I am eligible for ILR after completing 5 years in UK. If I switch my job to Isle of Man with same employer sponsored visa I know that 3 years I spent in UK will get added to Isle of Man ILR eligibility. I will get Isle of Man ILR after completing another 2 years in Isle of Man. Now my question is that, Is Isle of Man ILR is valid in UK? Can I be treated as UK ILR holder with Isle of Man ILR? Can someone please clarify on this?

After having Isle of Man Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) can he/she work/live in UK without any restrictions?
