Passport has the spouse names do i still need marriage certificate?

My sister and brother in law are applying for UK visitor visa. They both have eqch others name in their passport as spouse name. Do they still need marriage certificate for the visa application?

They need the marriage cert.

Spouses' names in passport is not enough and only specific to certain nationality passports.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
