Quick Question about ILR

Post by sarajulldin » Mon Apr 07, 2008 10:58 am

This might sound like a stupid question, but on the ILR application, where it states dependants under 18, apllying for ILR.

I am right in saying i dont have to put my son's details in, as he was born here in the UK?

If he's not applying for ILR, then you don't need to include him.
