childern citizenship

hi every body

i needs to ask question that
i granted ILR Recently my kids are born here so i applied citizenship MN1 Form for them directly

currently national of Pakistan both kids

documents send :04/04/2018 with old fee £973
Home office received : 06/4/2018

almost 2 weeks no acknowledgement no email . money not deducted even..

any body tell me whats going on ? it takes longer or what .
