Just got an email saying the HSMP Jr judgement day is tomorrow...

yes they are announcing JR tomorrow at 11 am. Let see what happen?

IT SHOULD be in favour of applicants

otherwise it will defeat of justice system

people are promised and betrayed by this govt

Now question is
1. We still apply for extension on tier1 form or anything else?

At last some good news

Whole world (judicial as well non ) were watching for this review, It was very tricky politics played by govt

but Justice system shown it true colour and victory to justice system

Hope now home office learn a lesson but still they want to go for appeal and make life worse for Hspian , those politicians , who planned this move should compelled to pay back the loss of public revenue due to their whimsical way of behaving
