Friend of mine needs help .. he needs to visit UK to attend some meetings at his company here in the UK.

Standard visitor visa = purpose business
https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa
(Casa, not CR001)

Coming to UK to attend a business meeting is what the letter from the HR says (see first post)
