TIER 2 VISA CURTAILED & on FLR(HRO)

Hi All,

My TIER 2 Visa was curtailed and I applied on FLR(HRO) to keep my status legal. However, I have now got a TIER 2 sponsor who has selected me to receuit and my COS is already assigned by the new employer. I am strugling to fill the TIER 2 (General ) online applicatip up because of my unusual situtaion. Please advice for the following point:

1) Current status: I have said TIER 2 Visa even though my visa was curtailed; if I say I have no visa form says I am unlikely to be approved;
2) Start date of current leave: I put actual TIER 2 visa issue date?
3) End date of current visa: Should I put up to curtailment date or until actual expiry date on my BRP card?

If I put curtailment date then form says why did I not apply on time. Eventually I appled in time which was FLR(HRO) and still pending;

Pleas advise on above.
