EC REJECTED URGENT

my ec is rejected under hsmp i amplanning to go for appeal
can any body suggest me regarding the fresh application and appeal

can i appeal and apply simultaneously for fresh application under tier -1 pbs
will appeal effect my new application
kindly suggest

Do write here your refusal reasons...on what grounds and what were the docs provided by you in support of that. I am not professional but I might help you.
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.

refusal was on the grounds of unsufficient funds shown
i have shown fd's of amount 410000 INR in the name of my parents and myself apart from there 60k were there in both of the bank statements my parents and myself Affidavit was also given that my parents will support me thru my expences in uk

kindly suggest i have applied for appeal today
will any body suggest me whether can i apply for fresh application under Tier-1 PBS while my appeal still goes on simultaneously
kindly reply urgently.
