Country band in TIER 1

Hello All,

One of my friends would like to appy for Tier 1 Application from India...
But as per new guidelines there are no country related bands in earning section . (like we used to have in HSMP).So he has to earn 39000 GBP per annum to get 40 points under earnings section??Thats is like 32 lacs INR!!!

Am i missing some thing here??Now under "Earnings section" ,country bands are removed??

I guess, there is something like conversion factor. Like convert your Indian earning in GBP. And multiply it by conversion factor. It is 5.3 for India.
