I was granted initial leave in May 2006 and then i received 2 years stay initially. Now my extension is in Mid May 2008 and i plan to apply for extention by 9th may. The delay being in Maintainence Funds to show 1 month £800 through out.
Now the fees that i have to pay is £750 is that correct? And everywhere its been mentioned that if we provided the HSMP approval letter we could benefit from reduced fees - does this mean the initial approval letter?
Also have i left it too late for applying for an extension - in this case ill be applying 9 days before my current leave runs out.
