Which website is correct to file an application?

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my wife to join me as Tier 2 dependent from India.

I have checked online and I am confused as to where I can apply since now there are two websites.

Old website which my friends used is https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ and on Gov.uk website they have link to apply online on https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/ website.

New website is much more user friendly and easy to navigate, can someone please help me as to where I should apply?

I hope this doesn't make any difference?? I have filled up the application via visa4uk. Yet to book an appointment.

This is confusing, but it seems to me both are official:

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/is the original one, and
https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/is new, according to the explanation on the link:

"This is the new UK visa application website. We are testing it. It is designed to make the application process simpler and clearer.

Welcome to the Visa4UK service, you can apply for a UK visa using this service if you’re an applicant who is not currently in the UK."

But it does say the new one is for applicant who is outside the UK.

I have applied using https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/ and got an email from Sheffield Office that they have received an application and they are making decision. Yet to hear the outcome of the application.
