Hi everyone,

Is this still a problem do HO will send me £1000 fine.

I don't think they will issue fine so don't worry much about it. There is a sign in my street which says £1000 fine for not cleaning after dogs and this street is full with dog poop

Yes seriously, I'll take photo if you don't believe it. First it was £20, popping didn't stop, then they made it £50 and once I saw £1000 sign put up. Pooping didn't stop even after that. :D

EU citizens and their family members who automatically attained PR under the EU rules don't need to send the card back.

You guys are confusing us. EU citizens don't get BRP. You guys get PR (Permanent Residence) Card which you don't have to return.

You can check your BRP card if it looks like following then you have to return. https://www.mzv.cz/public/f6/a3/b1/1584 ... _front.jpg

If your card, which I'm 100% sure, is like following then you do not have to return it.

Am a bit confused, to be honest, Have done my ceremony and have applied for my passport BUT am a bit confused about the Permanent Residence Card I got with me. I acquired it because I am married to EU national after 5years residence permit. Please do I need to return it back to HO? My card looks exactly like the one on the following link. https://www.mzv.cz/public/f6/a3/b1/1584 ... _front.jpg

Johnny you should know the difference between Biometric Card and Permanent Residence card. You need to return the biometric card if you have one NOT the PR card. PR is the card granted to EU nationals, biometric card is for all others.
