how many months before to APPLY for FLR under TIER-1 ?

how many months before to APPLY for FLR under TIER-1 ?

Dear ALL,

My HSMP leave expires end of MAY 2008, HOW long before can we apply for FLR under Tier 1?

I have read the BIA website, and it said preferably 1 month. but can i do it say, 2 months in advance?

Will they simply send it back to me?
