Was always planning to go via the NCS - as a 'double check'... but seeing as though you can apply online, have your documents back *and* apply for a passport at the same time, the online approach + the nationality document return service seems better....
Just wondering - is there any real benefit for NCS any more? Is there any credence at all in having it submitted by NCS? Or is it largely redundant now?
Further, can you include other materials as well as part of the online/record checking service? E.g. a cover letter?
