English Language requirement for Tier 2 General RCOS

Hello,

Can you please let me know if I need to provide English Language proof (i.e. UK NARIC statement or IELTS TRF) while my employer applies for a Tier 2 General RCOS?

I understand that English Language proof is required whilst applying for the visa.

However, can you please let me know if it is ALSO required while applying for RCOS?

I did some research on Google/gov.uk, but did not come across a definitive answer.
