accomodation proof for hsmp dependant

hi,

i plan to re-apply for hsmp dependant visa .
my husband has a job offer and the company will arrange for 4 weeks accomodation.

but the only thing is that the joining date is in mid-may and i intend to apply for visa this week so that we can travel almost at the same time.

will just providing info that accomodation will be arranged be enough or should i wait for the company to confirm the booking ?
