It is mandatory to meet the financial requirement and she must submit evidence of at least 6 months payslips and bank statements.

If she doesn't work, then she needs £62,500 in savings for at least 6 months.

If the financial requirement is not met, you won't get a visa.

She needs to be claiming a qualifying benefit and prove adequate accommodation and maintenance, as the link says.

You just need to show the relationship was genuine and subsisting....

For example best proof of relationship = marriage certificate
Subsisting relationship - call logs, gift exchanges, money sent, holiday visits etc etc

Is there a specific reason why you keep starting new topics instead of continuing your question in your existing topic you have?

There is no 'legal aid' for spouse visa applications. You/spouse will have to pay the visa and IHS fees yourself.

Is Legal Aid available to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa holders ?

I don't think you can use legal aid. Asylum seekers and settled people can use that.
So if my wife is on disablity P.I.P .. E.S.A and sever disability Lawrence... does she has a right to use legal aid for my spouse visa ( I mean to make a lawyer follow my visa process ) or in case if they refuse ( to make a lawyer present our case in the court )

Kind regards ..

You are applying for a spouse visa from outside the UK, Legal Aid would not be relevant to your circumstances.
