Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant Query

Hi
I am on tier entrepreneur (ILR due November 2019)
My wife here since September 2013 (PBS Depandant)
Went abroad in April 2015 and came back December 2015 (8 months out)(PBS Depandant)

Whether she can apply ILR with me or not ?
