Events as Follows:-
Applied via post 08-12-2017
Biometrics given 12-01-2018
Complex Email 16-01-2018
IHS Refund only main application 02-06-2018.
Approval Letter Received by my Solocitors dated 02-06-2018.

Director Loan more than £78,000
Job 1

Employee A recruited at a salary of £32,000 per annum left after working 7 months
Employee B Recruited at a salary of £21,000 per annum left after working 8 months
Job lasted for 15 months.

Job 2

Only one Employee worked for 18 months on minimum wage.

Job 3 (No points were claimed)

Recruited on a salary of £35,000 per year , left the company only working after 4 months.

Business was not able to make any profit in the first two years. Was in profit the third year of its running. Type of business is Advertising and Marketing. It involves procurement sometimes as well when necessary.

i have received the email of complex issue in jan 2018
i am planning to send some recent payslips/ fps/ invoices/business statement and so on as is been 6 months already since applied.
i am into event management business and have a event venue as well.
experts please advise if thats ok and will that help the application or ruin.

Yes I did receive the complex email from the same team

I did send additional documents, especially the paid invoices from big companies like Facebook for advertisement I had done , website paid invoices , insurance paid invoices, some paid invoices of companies house for the certification of some documents.

And

1-Three years full accounts
2-Complete business bank statement where the director loan been transferred
3- Maintained website blog since the website developed, more than three years.

I would suggest you can send documents which can demonstrate genuineness like be complaint with GDPR register on their website ico

Be a member of Institute of Directors

Advertise your business on yelp and other platforms and send them invoices.

I got complex “Email” immediately after submitting my biometrics then partial refund.
IHS partial refund and approval letter are on the same date .

I got my IHS Partial refund as well, its been 2 weeks now but no sign of letter yet?

The same thing happens to me when I did my brio metric after that i received complex letter in December and I got IHS partial refund in may

It happened to few other applicants as well. Some people got visas after 6-8 weeks of receiving IHS partial refund. If it goes later than that , they might consider for an interview.
I believe there is no harm sending additional documents to prove genuineness of the business.

Many congratulations for your success. I have same nature of business as you and my extension is due next month. Could you please provide me list of the documents you provided for genuineness? Did you provide them sample of actual work done for your clients. Did you have any interview?
